Zach is known for his storytelling, unique comedic tone and character work. This has often resulted in his work being a part of the cultural zeitgeist including, Essentia Horse on a Horse, Kmart Ship My Pants, Kraft Send Noods, and his Deepfake Dictators short films for the Represent.us that received over a billion impressions. His work has also been featured as part of the permanent collection at the MOMA, and received numerous Cannes Lions.

Zach directed the documentary feature The Final Member, which premiered at the Toronto Hot Docs Film Festival and played film festivals all around the world. The distribution rights were purchased by Drafthouse Films and Netflix.
